Why I’m a coach? I was in the corporate world myself not too long ago. I hired my own personal growth coach for professional development back in 2008 and the experience was so profound after 3 months that I said to my coach, “How can I help other people find this kind of personal freedom in their life?” I was blown away by how much we actually get in our own way and how simple it really is to get what you want out of life. The rest is history. I attended the Coaches Training Institute for my coach training/certification and now I’m here as your personal growth coach in order to unleash possibility within your world.
This past year, I made it my own personal goal to live a passionate, “aligned” life. I’ve done the hard work required to achieve this goal, and have developed a unique coaching style I like to call YOUnique. I firmly believe we should all take responsibility for what we create in life.
My Credentials
Over the past 10 years I have worked at a Fortune 500 Company & then over on the other side of the spectrum, a start-up environment. I have served as a valuable team member for multiple departments; sales, marketing, brand development/strategy, project launch, account management, consulting, strategic planning, colleague leadership development, and training.
I am a certified coach, CPCC, through The Coaches Training Institute located in the San Francisco Bay area. CTI has trained over 20,000 coaches worldwide and today trains more new coaches each year than any other training program.
On a Personal Note
I LOVE working with individuals who feel stuck and want more for themselves; taking accountability for creating change in their life, reconnecting to their inner core and giving themselves permission to authentically honor their values 100%.
I am originally from Wapakoneta, Ohio and graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Broadcast Journalism.
I am getting married this May to the love of my life, John. I enjoy working out, spending time with friends and family, reading on business & leadership, writing, presenting and learning more about the world and people that surround us.
My Dream
