I offer a complimentary sample session to all of my prospective clients. I want you to feel comfortable with whomever you choose as a coach and feel we are a “good match” in our coaching relationship. Each sample session is 20 – 30 minutes in length and includes extra time to discuss my fees.

Ready to begin coaching?
Once you decide that my services are right for you, I will send you a link that will navigate you to the private area of my website. After you login, you can begin to build your profile by answering a series of questions about yourself. This questionnaire will help us jumpstart our relationship together and also begin the discovery process of unveiling your dreams and vision for the future.
The Coach/Client Alliance
After reviewing your profile and questionnaire, we’ll set up a time for your discovery session. During this time we will design and commit to our coaching alliance. I’ll clarify how I can customize my program for you so it produces the greatest impact, and we’ll also discuss what will be expected of you as we work together on your transformation. From their we will evaluate if coaching sessions will continue once or twice a month.

- Minimum 3 month coaching commitment (6 months – 1 year recommended for goal attainment & lifestyle change)
- Minimum one hour coaching session per month
- Weekly accountability call(s) on an as needed basis (phone, text, email, etc…)
- Monthly payment plan options or lump sum payment discount of 10%
- Monthly payment due at the beginning of each month by cash, check or credit card
- Payment due before coaching services are rendered, by the 5th day of each month
